Which service should you start with?
It depends on the problem in front of you. If your team uses AI rarely or inconsistently, start with corporate AI training: a shared vocabulary, safe-use rules and first applications drawn from the team's own work.
If your data cannot leave the building, or general-purpose tools do not know your documents, start with a private company AI model: an assistant that works on your own documents, on your own server or in a cloud you control.
If you sell into the EU, bid for public contracts, or customers have started sending AI questions in supplier questionnaires, start with AI compliance and governance: inventory, risk classification and audit-ready records.
How an engagement runs
1. Discovery call. Which process, which data, which constraints. Free of charge; it ends with a written scope proposal.
2. Scope. Deliverables, owners and how success will be measured are written down.
3. Delivery. Training, a prototype or a compliance file — built with your team, on your own work.
4. Handover. Systems, documents and records are handed over with named owners, so you are not left dependent on us.
Useful to prepare before the first call
Two or three tasks you want AI to speed up (for example drafting proposals, reading documents, searching internal knowledge), the document types involved, where the data sits and whether it may leave your environment, and any AI-related questions or contract clauses you have received from EU or Gulf customers.
